Hey everyone JT here. Ok so little intro about me. I'm 21 and I've lived in Las Vegas, NV for my entire life mostly and have played Magic: The Gathering since Portal so that would be around 13 years at this point. When I first played and up until about 6 months ago I never really traded for the cards I needed or wanted. If I wanted to build a deck I either:
A. Bought the cards for myself.
B. Borrowed them from friends for the night.
C. Cried and built some jank budget version of the deck.
Then I started trading and found I was pretty good at it. I never berated someone for thinking their cards was worth way more then it should be nor did I overprice my own cards. I found that every trade I have been making over the last 6 months or so has been for value and I've at least doubled my collection and inherent value since then. So I created this blog to record my trades and thoughts on the game as a whole. If you are a Vegas player feel free to hit me up for trading or playtesting whenever, I'm at Action Comics whenever possible. With tonight being FNM I normally wait until after the swiss is over to start cracking binders but I think I'm going all-in tonight in order to gain the most value. After all Nationals is over and everyone will be looking to play Soul SIsters and Dredgevine.
